About the strips
How do the strips create a lifted look?
The strips hold the skin in position to create a more lifted, defined appearance while you wear them. The lifting effect comes from the strips being in place, so it lasts as long as you wear them.
Are they visible on skin?
They are clear and sit flat against skin, so they blend in while you wear them.
How do I use them?
Three steps. Peel one strip off the sheet. Place it where you want a lift and press it into position. Wear it for your plans, then peel it off. No glue, no tools. About as hard as putting on a plaster.
Can I use them on sensitive skin?
Apply only to clean, dry, healthy skin, and never to broken, irritated or sunburned skin. If you notice redness, itching or any discomfort, remove the strip and stop using it. If you have a skin condition, check with a healthcare professional before use.
What's in each pack?
The Starter Pack has 40 strips, the Routine Pack has 80 and the Value Pack has 120. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per strip.
Subscribe & save
How does Subscribe & save work?
Pick a pack and a delivery interval: every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. It renews and ships automatically on that schedule at a lower price than a one-time order, and every delivery ships free. The longer the interval and the bigger the pack, the more you save. The price, frequency and discount are shown before you buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us through our Contact page at least 7 calendar days before your next scheduled renewal. Requests received later than that, or after an order has been processed, take effect from the following billing cycle. Cancelling does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. See our cancellation policy.
Can I get a refund on a subscription order?
Refunds are available on the first order of a subscription, subject to the same conditions as any return. Later subscription orders are final sale, except where an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or is not delivered, or where the law requires otherwise.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Standard shipping is free on every order, wherever you are.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders to Canada and the United States arrive within 10 to 20 days. Delivery times to other countries vary by destination and can take longer during customs clearance. You get a tracking email when your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Your order may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. See our shipping policy.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, converted automatically. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 60 calendar days of purchase, and the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. A $10 return shipping fee and a $5 processing fee are deducted from the refund. Contact us before sending anything back; items returned without authorization are not accepted. I'm in the European Union. Do I have extra rights?
Yes. If your order ships to a country in the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. We will send a replacement where applicable. Damage caused by misuse or accidents is not covered. See our refund policy.
