Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched after payment is confirmed. For customers in Canada and the United States, most orders arrive within 10 to 20 days.

For all other countries, delivery times vary by destination and local postal service. International orders can take longer, particularly around holidays and during customs clearance.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. They are set by your local customs authority and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

If you refuse delivery because of these charges, we are unable to refund the original shipping or any return shipping costs.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on the schedule you choose: every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. Each delivery ships free.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake, and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
