These Terms of Service govern your use of averene.com and any purchase you make from Averene. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our products

Averene Invisible Lift Strips are cosmetic products. They hold the skin in position to create a more defined appearance while you wear them. The effect lasts only while the strips are in place. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Follow the directions on the packaging. Apply only to clean, dry, healthy skin. Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin. Stop using the strips and remove them if you notice redness, itching or any discomfort. If you have a skin condition or concerns about using adhesive products, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Results vary from person to person. Product photos and customer images are for illustration, and your appearance while wearing the strips may differ.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, products or offers at any time, but a price change will not affect an order you have already placed.

If you shop in a currency other than US dollars, prices are converted automatically and may be rounded. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price or product was listed in error, where we suspect fraud, or where an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is taken when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged on the schedule you choose until you cancel. Cancellation must be requested at least 7 calendar days before your next scheduled renewal; later requests take effect from the following billing cycle. Refund eligibility for subscription orders is limited as set out in our Refund policy. Our Purchase options cancellation policy explains the full terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, video, logos and design, belongs to Averene or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, photo, video or other content, you confirm it is your own and grant Averene permission to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our products and marketing. Do not submit anything that is unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Averene is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one posted when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which Averene is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
